A JOURNEY OF SELF DEVELOPMENT OVERCOMING CHALLENGES WHILE ADAPTING TO A NEW COUNTRY "Germany".
Leslie Romero was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia. Since she was little, she showed great interest and curiosity for other languages and cultures. Her passion for languages and exploring other places took her to USA (W D.C.) to be an aupair for 2 years in her early 20s. Later on, she decided to study her MSc in Business and Management in England, with the idea to move to another country after her studies, so she could explore another culture, learn another language, and start her professional career in Europe. With that in mind, after her MSc in England, destiny took her to Germany where she'd start a long journey full of challenges, which was partly what inspired her to write 'Leslie's Empowerment Journey'.
Now she lives in Düsseldorf, Germany, trying to do her hobbies, personal projects, and what she loves in her free time, while performing a regular 9-5 job. Being able to visit her family in Colombia more than once a year would be a possibility that'd make her immensely happy.
